Extended StayAmerica Phoenix Hotel

This place was terrible.. the first night we were in a king size room.. then the next morning the tub wouldn't drain so they moved us to a queen room. That night the key wouldn't work to let us in the room.. turns out the Mechanism in the door decided not to work.. so about 2 trips back to our room (at 10:30 pm)they got it to work. Next day our Keys wouldn't work again!.. go to the front desk, no one was there so we we waited 35 minutes. Finally they gave us a new key. Next day they clean the room. Throw out the souvenir glasses that we bought at a baseball game! They didn't throw out coke cans or anything.. but threw out Souvenir Glasses! Are you kidding me! 4 nights.. and nothing but trouble! It was terrible. I would never stay here nor would I ever recommend it. I'm still lost as to WHY you would Throw out a glass that clearly says Souvenir on it. Don't stay here!

They are much better than the marriot suites anywhere in az.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Its like home away from home.. Kinda.

Our stay was very comfortable and the beds were great. Also the breakfast was quite good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very courteous and friendly during our stay. Any requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently.

They are above and beyond most marriot's have stayed in for well below their price. I would and have recommended them.

This hotel made me feel content: I knew from past experience my room would be cleana dn ready for me upon check I wothout any hassles. I also enjoy the quiet family atmosphere.
