Bad service from male manager and staff

Manager was so rude, he allowed smokers on a non smoking floor. All the front desk workers we also rude. No towels No coffee. this is a bad hotel.

will never stay here.

I very much enjoyed the accommodations. I liked the price and the actual room. I will use the hotel again.

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel had a good location. The doors were locked and only the guests could enter into the building.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Orange.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Our apartments were being treated for termites. I liked that this hotel allowed us to bring our cat. The place was clean, spacious and I liked having a small kitchen area, especially for breakfast time.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Orange.
I might recommend it to friends.
