54 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business
They did not have me in their computer as having a reservation even though I came in with a confirmation number. Housekeeping cleaned my room a day later than they said they would. The fire alarm went off at 2: AM for no apparent reason. When the room was cleaned, wash cloths were not provided. I had to go down to main desk to get them. The staff had an 'attitude.'
I am
not likely
to return to the Extended StayAmerica Meriden.
I
would not recommend it to
friends.
