Extended StayAmerica Memphis Hotel - Page 1

This hotel had a great price compared to other hotels in the area. It needs to have some remodeling in the rooms, but the rooms were comfortable. There was some noise from the interstate right across from the hotel parking lot.

The price for this hotel was terrific compared to other hotels in the area. It was convenient on and off Interstate 40, but there was some sound from the interstate. The room was clean but somewhat worn. There appeared to be no enforcement of the hotel rule which stated that children under seventeen must be supervised by an adult. There were children, and a baby in a stroller, running on the stairs outside our room and in the parking lot alone as late as midnight two nights in a row.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel desk clerk greeted us in a friendly manner and asked about our plans for our stay. He advised us on travel times from the hotel to our destinations within the city of Memphis and told us details about the zoo.

I disliked the untimely service to the bathrooms, the kitchen, the floors. I liked the friendly service and other services and the comfortable and convenient furniture.

This hotel made me feel respected: Their consistent friendliness made me feel respected.

The hotel has a good location, with easy access to the highway. It was also close to other amenities like shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. While the price was higher than other extended stay hotels, the value was much better. The Extended Stay America hotel included kitchen utensils and some cookware, while other places did not. Also the facility was in very good condition. Lastly, it felt much more secure than in other places that I stayed at in the Memphis area.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I had a clean well furnished room that came with all the amenities of a small apartment. I felt that I had my own place and was not simply staying in a hotel room.

The hotel is in a good location near the highway and close to businesses, but far enough off the main road to be quiet. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. It had a small laundry facility. It's a good price for what you get.
