The experience was great except for one desk person who, unlike everyone else there, could not get my room number straight, gave me the wrong bill, and forgot to let me know when the luggage cart was available even after taking down a note to that effect.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The first desk lady asked if I was there for the "Ironman" and offered information germane to my reason for being in town.

One member of night staff forgot a task he promised to do, and charged me for the wrong room at checkout complaining that I didn't speak clearly when I told him my room number. He felt chagrined as I pointed out he wrote the incorrect room number.
