56 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I liked it, but the room needed a few more cooking utensils and dinnerware. They also need to have an ice machine. Being told to go to the corner convenience store is not acceptable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Madison.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel bedspread was dirty and disgusting. I will think twice about ever staying there again. When I stayed there previously I had a very good visit.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Madison.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I liked the design and decor of the hotel. The location was a bit out of the way, far from downtown, but it seemed to be a safe neighborhood.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Madison.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

21 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The stay was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The only problem was that the bed was really hard. It was also difficult to find the driveway to the parking lot.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Madison.
I might recommend it to friends.
