Extended StayAmerica Livermore Hotel - Page 1

The hotel was centrally located, so I was able to drive easily to the different locations I needed to reach. I was pleased to be able to have some of my meals in my room.

The hotel was shabby, the bathroom especially. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I could smell old smoke in the room. It's okay for the price, but don't expect anything nice.

When I first arrived, they offered me a room that was under construction. There were paint buckets on the floor, dirt all over the counters and floors, and bathroom was never cleaned.

The second room they gave me was better, but a far cry from what you would expect. The toilet would not stop running, there was dirt on the floors, no phone services, and dead bolt wouldn't work.

My advice is stay far away from Extended Stay.

I made a reservation online. The front desk offered me a lower rate at check-in then called me 5 minutes after check-in and said they wouldn't honor the lower rate. Then they said OK, they would and then charged my credit card behind my back. I had a mouse in my room, no service, and the staff wasn't helpful.

They were rude and didn't want to honor my reservation even though I had confirmation number from the website, they made me feel like a second class citizen.
