Extended StayAmerica Las Vegas Hotel

The location is good. The pool access hours are too short. The comfort needs to be improved, as the beds and the pillows are not that comfortable. The service must be improved, too. The maids need to clean better especially in the kitchen and the bathroom areas. My advice to long term customers is to not leave valuables in the room.

This hotel made me feel important: The customer service I received made me feel important.

It was a fantastic hotel experience all way round.

This hotel made me feel secure: The rooms were airtight and I could not hear anything from nearby rooms.

The room lock was inoperative on several occasions, the maid service was below standards and the coffee in the room was not refilled.

There was not enough parking.
