Customer service was awful all around.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Jacksonville.

I attended a convention and Extended StayAmerica was a good place to come back to after a long day. I felt the staff did a good job with all of us from the convention I attended.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Jacksonville.
