The manager yelled at me when I tried to check in because she couldn't find my reservation. She was completely out of line, rude, and should be fired immediately.

Finally, she gave me a room which the maids didn't clean yet and when I asked for a new room she called me a “liar"! I wish I was joking, but I'm not.

I had only 2 major problems with my stay the first was after returning from my off site activities there was no place for me to park and therefore I had to park several blocks away and get a cab back to my hotel. The other was that the room air conditioner didn't work.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Fremont.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
