69 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The elevator access was not the greatest. They had limited parking.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Florence.
I might recommend it to friends.

Extended StayAmerica is one of the best hotels in which to stay.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Florence.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

34 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business

The manager was 1.25 hours late in opening the front desk to guests waiting for check out. This Extended StayAmerica was a dirty hotel; very little attention was paid to detail in room cleanliness.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Florence.
I would not recommend it to friends.
