The staff was very courteous and professional. I had a maintenance problem which was handled in less than an hr in a very professional manner. Definately would love to be at this hotel whenever I am in VA.

The hotel was overbooked and it did not have clean rooms. I was forced to either stay at another hotel and split our group or stay in the dirty rooms.

The location was why I chose this hotel. The room keys did not work twice. They have very confusing room numbering. They did not have food service, a bar, a pool, or room cleaning!
