The hallway on the floor was full of stale cigarette smoke. The room was shabby, there was a hole in the wall, the recliner was torn, the drapes did not work properly and the bathtub was stained.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Elmhurst.
I would not recommend it to friends.

36 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was unkempt, the bed was made, but it just seemed like whoever did it was in a hurry. There was a hole in the wall behind the recliner. It was a smoking room and it had the air of being dirty, like you didn't want to touch anything.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Elmhurst.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The location, while not scenic, was certainly convenient and visible from the highway. The room was comfortable; it had a kitchenette and allowed you to control the temperature of the room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Elmhurst.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was good security, door locks, and attendants at the front desk.
