First of all, the rooms look nothing like the website. They are worn and dirty, with the cheapest hotel furnishings I have ever seen, and the rooms are unclean and seedy. When we checked into room 312, we found dirt, change, a cigarette box, and a banana peel behind the so-called "credenza."
Some other "gems" about this hotel:
There is no housekeeping whatsoever. But you don't get any discount, and the website says nothing about this. Not even clean towels.
The halls smell of filth and dirty feet.
There are no services and no amenities whatsoever. There were no hangers in the rooms. For a 3-night stay there was only one tiny piece of bath soap and a handful of small, worn and rough towels.
The so-called efficiency area was dirty, the counter had cigarette burns, and there was no dish soap.
The windows were dusty.
The view is of a desolate parking lot.
There was virtually no staff at all, and none after 5 pm on Thanksgiving. This is a security and safety nightmare and a disaster waiting to happen.
At any price, this is a rip-off. For almost $90 a room-night, this was an enormous rip-off. Stay away from this Extended Stay America, it was more like "Extended Nightmare!"
