Their service wasn't good. The room had a spider in it and the attitude of the check-out clerk was sarcastic.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Downers Grove.

72 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Being handicapped the first room was too far from the elevator, in the second room the cable was missing from the TV, the third room was finally ok. Staying at them previously I had no problem. I would recommend staying on the top floor because the way Extended Stay Hotels are built. We always ask for the top floor at the Extended Stays.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Downers Grove.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

26 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The room had a window heater that was not on when I entered, which made the room temperature about 15 degrees. The toilet seat had urine stains on it. The kitchen light didn't work and the window heater blew the curtains up. The heater made the room incredibly dry. The first room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. The hotel itself has a very weird smell to it. I would definitely not advise anybody to stay there. At work we jokingly call it 'The Palace.'

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Downers Grove.
I would not recommend it to friends.
