Extended StayAmerica Des Plaines Hotel - Page 1

This hotel is all round a great hotel. The location is less than a five minute bus ride to O'Hare via Pace. Shopping, and major restaurants with-in walking distance (Longhorns, Steak and Shake, IHOP, Rosatis, Subway, Coldstone Creamery) with more just a short bus ride away. Also very close to the AllState Arena and Des Plaines Lake Park (walking trail, golf course, boat rentals.etc.) Close to major interstates to drive to downtown within 25-35mins. Three different bus lines serve the hotel area to CTA Blue line Rosemont Stop, Des Plaines Metra stop to access Chicago downtown via public transportation.

The worst for amenities. No AC, no fans.. There was no AC, No fans, and when the toilet plugged I was told there is no maintenance person available ion the weekends. Business traveler beware!

This is definitely not the same Extended StayAmerica as mine in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This was scaled down, older, and not friendly or helpful. Their prices were a lot more and amenities were few.

They never even attempted to clean our room or give us new towels. You had to beg them for everything and they acted as if you were inconveniencing them to get you something.
