43 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was an absolutely basic hotel with absolutely no frills and with uncomfortable bed and furniture. The staff was indifferent. It was a good price, but not a bargain price and everything about the stay felt that way. It is located about a twenty minutes drive to Boston, but near a major mall.
I am
not likely
to return to the Extended StayAmerica Braintree.
I
would not recommend it to
friends.

The hotel was very clean and nice. It was a very good value. I received an even better deal than the one I booked online. It's a great place to stay when traveling.

I love the hotel; I just had an issue and was charged both times I stayed for calls that were listed in the directory as being local calls. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic and I cannot wait to go again.

Extended StayAmerica was comfortable. I was pleased with the experience, and would probably recommend it to others. The hotel staff was friendly -- they helped me with directions for getting around Massachusetts.
