They helped me feel better in a bad situation. I had been involved in a car accident that totaled my car. The gentleman at the front desk handled all my emergencies, faxes, calls so forth and so on. He even joked about it all, which helped me find the humor in the situation.
This hotel made me feel secure: The key cards set to my own social makes it one of a kind.
