36 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The bed was hard and lumpy. There were ants along the wall. The room service was slow and the billing was full of mistakes. It took a month or two after the trip to straighten it out. There is no restaurant, no pool, and no gym there.

to return to the Extended StayAmerica Alameda.

The hotel is very nice, and it is in quiet surroundings. We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff when we were there. The check in is very fast, and without any trouble. The rooms are very comfortable. It is bright and big enough. Also more importantly, it is very clean compared to some other hotels. The hotel is close to a shopping center and beach, which is very convenient. There are also several restaurants that we enjoyed a lot. It is in walking distance to the business district in Alameda.
The only thing is, the bed is a little soft to me. It may be just personal preference. But I still like this hotel, and may visit again.
