I felt somewhat insecure about the fact that they close down the desk at 11pm. I was concerned that someone could enter and grab someone as they went for ice.
This hotel made me feel Comfortable: Due to a neck injury and surgery, asked for 2 extra pillows to support my neck. The desk clerk said he didn't think he had any and this lead to some joking around. Upon re-entry into the hotel, he gave me the pillows.
