It was a wonderful hotel, it had a great location and it had everything we needed.

This hotel made me feel important: They treated me as though I were a celebrity, they had a cart ready for me and escorted me to my room. I am an employee of the company, so they really went out of their way for me.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Burbank.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The first room stunk of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The second room had a broken window pane and a torn box spring. Other guests' dogs barked without staff taking action to quiet them down.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Burbank.
I might recommend it to friends.

18 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The only problem with extended stay was that on weekend nights there was a lot of drunk people in the halls. I guess a lot of teens like to party there on weekends.

This hotel made me feel important: The rooms were really nice looking and the area of the hotel was nice. The front desk lady was really nice too.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Burbank.
I might recommend it to friends.
