This hotel tops my list of bad hotels. I have stayed in bad hotels but this tops in bad taste. First, the front desk and the hotel management need to learn some lessons in hospitality. They are outright rude and arrogant. May be it was the extra towels that I request for that got me a rude and angry big No they did not have towels. Or probably a request to change my room from smoking to non smoking that got me a stare which said Who do you think you are? followed by No, we are full and no further comments. Internet connection is bad and you are charged for it. The room smells like someone smoked weed and urinated on the carpet. AC does not work and when it did get started it is too loud. Not enough toiletries are stocked in the room. Bed squeaks when you move, which is annoying after a long day of going around. Not the best news for my bad back. Oh btw, if you plan on talking something private, wont recommend it and definitely not the best of places to do it. The next door guests do even need to use any high tech equipment. They will get all the details even with the TV switched on. The highlight of the stay was the maid pushed open the door at 10 even though the check out time was 11. Good thing the bolt worked. At least the maid was polite to admit that she got the list wrong as the room was checked out. Well got out fast as I could vowing mot to return again. Wonder how it is still open!!?

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. Room service was bad. I stayed there for 2 nights and was ready to check out as soon as checked in. Service staff was highly inefficient and answered the phone after trying 3 times. They charge for wireless although they mention it as free. Room smells bad and bathroom was dirty. They do not change the sheets if you dont stay for 3 nights in a row. At least thats what they said when I asked why they did not change the sheets. Carpet was dirty and smelled like old rag that was never washed. Will definitely not want to stay there and would advice not to even take a chance with this place.

I have used Extended Stay America for over ten years for business and pleasure. I travel between Asheville, NC, and Indianapolis, IN, about four times a year, and stay about a week each time.
