41 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is renowned as a cheap and clean option in Belfast city centre. However, I left a pair of earrings in my room and apparently they were not in the room or lost property. So either they binned them or the cleaner pocketed them, both of which they denied. Either they are sloppy or untrustworthy, but this doesn't give me confidence to stay there again.
