29 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Beware of bed bugs at this hotel. When we reported being bitten the management was extremely rude. They treated me like I was the plague. I would never stay at ANY exel inn anywhere.

Check your bed before you sleep!

It was infected with bed bugs, and when we reported it we were treated with disrespect and absolute rudeness.

It was reasonably priced and convenient to the facilities we used

I am very likely to return to the Exel Inn Glendale.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I love going there. The employees are friendly and helpful. Personally, I would love to work there, but it seems like it's so hard to get in there.

I am very likely to return to the Exel Inn Glendale.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
