At check out, we were charged over double the price we were quoted the night before, due to an error by the clerk. It took almost an hour to fix, after much arguing with the staff about not paying more than the price we were quoted. When I called the corporate office to complain, their attitude was that as long as it done correctly in the end, there was no problem. I realize this is a bargain hotel, but I would think that customer satisfaction would still be important.
