This hotel should NOT have the current rating. The customer service is horrid, the rooms are NOT worth the price, nothing functions w/in the rooms function properly. The supposed complimentary breakfast was a complete Joke.

I was pretty angry that their listing advises free high-speed internet, but doesn't indicate that that is not available in standard rooms. I had to upgrade to a suite to accomplish what I needed to. Would not recommend for business travel for that...

Front desk was pleasant and helpful, accomodations were clean and spacious. Had some difficulty getting onto 880 north from hotel location (about 20 minutes from S.F.). Breakfast was plentiful, but limited to cold items and toaster/microwave items.
