They had a very nice room, employees, and price. We stayed for the first two nights in an old hotel downtown which was cramped and old, yet historic. They charged us the same amount of money yet we were much more pleased with Ramada. It was also nice to see gay/lesbians.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were excited about how nice the room was even though it only cost about $100. Our car had broken down and we were stuck in San Francisco and to have such a nice room in exchange for our unexpected expense was very nice.

I am very likely to return to the Executive Inn Mark Twain.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: We had just arrived from a week of camping, and the staff was so helpful, we hadn't made any prior arrangements to stay. We were lucky to have a room, and they seemed like they appreciated us staying with them.

A very large group of us stayed there for a convention. The check in alone took at least 3 hours waiting in line. When we checked in the room was set up for 2 and we had reserved a room for 4.

Mediocre

29 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The Ramada was old, the bathroom was far too small for two or more people sharing a room, the hallways were too dimly lit and the decor needed updating. It felt dingy.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The bellman and the front desk personnel were quick to get us checked in without waiting in line on the New Year's Eve... A very busy time for the hotel.
