My family stayed here and it was the worse place I have EVERY stayed at. To start the stay off our door would not secure so we had the assistant manager come up and stay outside the room until maintenance could come and fix the door since we had to leave. We get back to find out key cards do not work. Once we were able to get back in the room we pulled the covers down on the beds only to find body hair and bugs. Called the front desk and was informed we would have to come and get our own linens to change the beds. Luckily we had our own blankets we travel with. Shower was moldy, bathroom sink and tub not clean. To top it all off in the morning my mother was blow drying her hair and a roach crawled down her arm. That was it....we were done. I have submitted a complained to department of health. It took the manager 4 days to return my calls. If we could have found another hotel we would have left unfortunately they were all booked due to a graduation at the base. I am thinking we would have been better off in the car.

There was nothing wrong. It was clean and very pleasant. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

There was an extra lock on the door that only the person in the room could open.

I liked the hotel, as nice as others in that price range, with a lovely pool area and free breakfast buffet in the morning consisting of waffles, cereal, pastries, coffee, orange juice and water. The location is convenient, central to many places to eat and the base.

They were very polite and accommodating to our needs.

At check in and check out receptionist answered questions effectively and with a smile.

It was very comfortable with friendly people and good service and very close to the place we were going to.

They have a very good breakfast and the waitress found food for us even if we arrived after the hour.

I really liked the friendliness of one of the hotel front desk employees. She helped me and my family with anything we needed and was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. I would definitely stay there in the future. They have a nice pool!

I felt good because we weren’t bothered at all by other guests or housekeepers, when we needed something we were helped right away and I think that’s how it should be.

The hotel is located close to everything I need access to. If I stay in Lawton again it will be here.
