The pillows were very poor and the bedding was in poor condition. We did take the handicap room for it was the last one on ground level but it did not have a good set-up for the sink and the TV remote was missing. The woman at the desk gave my wife some runaround until the male manager took over. Other two Super 8 motels were great the two nights before: one in Missouri and one in Oklahoma.

The front desk girl was not informed of how to do her job. I was checked into a room that was not clean and then checked into a room that did not have clean towels. When I went back to the front desk to complain, she was not there; she left a person - not employed by the motel - to tend to the desk while she went to the store. She did not return to the desk until the next morning, and when I complained to the manager, he not concerned, just took my money. I then left.
