I read lots of reviews before choosing to stay here. It's in an older building and the elevators are kind of scary, the walls are indeed thin, and the bathrooms are not spacious. That said, we had a great stay there. It was quiet the whole time (we were only there at night to sleep!), it's a perfect location to go to Pike's Place, The Space Needle, The Aquarium, Safeco Field, etc, on foot (if you're okay with walking 1-2 miles). I used the exercise room 2x and both times no one else was there. It has one treadmill, one elliptical, and one stationary bike. It also had cold water to refill your water bottle and towels. The concierge desk was very helpful with all of our questions and the two restaurants that were recommended to us by them were excellent. Though you pay for parking, it's $21/day which is on par of the other downtown hotels and you save $5 from the regular price of parking (at the same parking terrace). The room we had was a regular queen. we both thought the bed was comfortable. There was a coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, and a bathrobe. There is a Seattle's Best (coffee shop) in the lobby which I thought was fantastic. I would stay here again.
My husband And I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The walls were so thin you could hear every word being said like you were standing in the same room. To make matters worse there were some late night partiers on either side of us being very loud from 11pm-5:30am. We called the front desk, but the problem did not get resoved. Then to top it off I went to take a nice hot shower to try to wake myself up after the long night and the sewage pipes from the room above us was dripping from a pipe in the ceiling into our shower....GROSS!!! It was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in!!

The "regular" rates were on par with other nice hotels in the area, but this place advertised "special" web rates and I fell for it. Very nice staff except for the day guy at the front desk, but the facility itself was awful. Dirty, old, and...

I picked this hotel for its location and price. The door to each room was tiny, the room tiny, and the bathroom tiny. Inside of this tiny, itty-bitty room was this large bed that basically took over the whole room. The room was so small I could not find enough room to place my laptop. I am a small person so the lack of space was not too much of a problem, but I would imagine anyone larger than I would find it hard to move about in the room. Other than that, my room was relatively clean and quiet, and everything in the bathroom worked. Minimal service, minimal amenities. If you are a budget travelor, a small person traveling alone with small bags, and you know you will be out all day and just coming back to your room to shower and sleep at night, this is a good place. If you need plenty of room to stretch your legs, I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

I would stay at this hotel again. The location is as good as it gets for the downtown area. You're about a mile from the stadiums and seattle center, and real close to pikes market. The monorail to seattle center was only 4 blocks away. The onle ...

Horrible
I didn't want to walk in my barefeet on the carpeted floor. The bathrooms were tiny (I hit my knees on the opposite wall when I sat on the toilet, and I'm 5'3") as were the bedrooms. Wireless internet was slow. There was no elevator in the loby so I ...
