Mediocre
The website of this hotel makes it look like it is larger than it really is. If you have more than 1 person in your room, you will be cramped for space. The bathroom is tiny, tiny. I felt a little closterphobic all week. It is close to the...

The hotel was charming in its age and architectural details. The room was small, but the beds were large and comfortable, with great pillows and the furniture was comfortable and attractive. We found several very good local magazines in the room that offered helpful tips about the city.
I rested well and I felt comfortable in my room.
I am very likely
to return to the Executive Hotel Pacific.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Bathroom had lots of mold, and so small couldn't sit straight on toilet. Hotel has "musty" smell. Dining room too specific to Japanese cuisine - had to eat elsewhere for all meals. Location OK, but cost too high for what you get. Would not return....

Good
This was my second stay at this hotel and while my first stay was quite pleasant the second was a little less enjoyable. If you are on an adults only trip this hotel is excellent. The location downtown is fantastic and there are any number of...
21 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Firstly, I want to express that this hotel was horrible. Our room was match box tiny, you couldn't even breathe, though that was expected because we only paid $120 per night for the room. We were charged an extra $50 dollar parking fee for two nights. It was actually supposed to be $40 but they seemed to tack on an extra $10 for a "deposit" (Phone and Television were not included, but were probably an extra $50) The room was only worth 100 dollars. We had an "executive" view of the dirty brick building across from us and we had holes in the walls. Nice huh? Oh yeah and we were basically threatened at the desk. We were told "If there is ANY noise or disturbance we will evict you." We were also discriminated against because we were "under 21" I feel personally offended that they discriminated agenst us. We are paying customers.
A word to the wise, if you are looking for a nice place to stay with nice people, DON'T GO HERE!

iIwas kind of iffy about others reviews on this hotel and surprisingly it exceeded my expectation. The front desk person, named Alex, was very welcoming and informative to all the questions we had about the hotel and city. The location of the hotel...

Okay
This hotel had good customer service. I was very disappointed in the shuttle service as it was a cargo type van that was in need of repair. The driver was very friendly and drove respectfully but as an end to my vacation this seemed to cheapen it....
