Who hires the front desk staff? They were rude and unaccommodating. I waited 45 minutes to check in and a full hour to check out. There was no assistance provided for transportation. The telephone in the room did not have a front desk extension. The internet was down during my entire stay. How long does it take to fix internet? The front desk attendants were shabbily dressed and lounging against the counter and wall. The toilet and floor beneath the toilet were filthy. The carpet was made of a rough material that shed on my clothes. There was drool stains on the pillow. The hotel smelled musty. There was no remote for the TV. 4 of the lightbulbs were out including both bedside lamps and all but 1 of the bathroom lights. But worst of all, the front desk staff were unresponsive to customers standing at the desk while they goofed with each other and talked about their social life. I couldn't believe I was standing here waiting for them to finish their conversation when I paid over $300 to stay here per night! I was there for business so my time was limited. I asked if I could print my boarding passes and the printer was out of paper and no one could find any. Then, after coming home, I realized the portfolio was incorrect and the front desk person was rude and told me to call back when his service office was open. Totally disgusted. Stay away indeed.
