This hotel was the most incredible place on earth because the people that work there are some of the nicest most caring people I ever met. The minute I left my room I was always greeted with smiles and constant hellos or Holas. Anything I wanted and asked for was always there and brought to me if I asked. Even beyond that the most incredible thing was the people there were so attentive they seemed to read my mind because even if I had a thought I wanted something someone would magically appear to bring it to me or to do it for me. I have never felt so well taken care of in my whole entire life. I wish I had all the names of all the people that worked there so I could list each one individually but I will do my best. The manager and the staff at Toscana restaurant are the best. I ate most of my meals there because they greeted me so warmly and happily each day and the food was great and so many selections. The staff that coordinated the activities worked so hard to entertain us constantly. They were always hosting some great activity and really helped me to join in beacause they made it so much fun. From the morning at the pool and beach until late at night in the disco these guys really really worked hard to make sure we were having a great time. The bar staff and waitresses were fantastic too. I spent most of my time on the beach and they were costantly coming around to bring us drinks and food as much as we wanted whenever we wanted. Special mention for one of the waitors which read my mind and went out of his way to bring me fruit on the beach as a special treat. What else can I say except I didn't know such a place existed its the closest I have been to heaven on earth. I have been to many carribean islands but this is the only one I plan to be going back to at least once or twice a year for the rest of my life.
