There were very friendly people who worked there but the casino is way too smoky.

There was construction while we were at the hotel and this was not disclosed to us beforehand. It made our stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The service was good and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect since we needed to be closer to the airport so as not to miss our flight home at six a.m.

The rooms were old and mine had a bad mold smell. They moved me to a new room but that one had a bad odor also.

The room was in better condition than I read about online. I did not like the pool, it didn't go deeper than three feet, and it was a lot smaller than it looked online.

The location is excellent, I love to stay here because you can walk to three other hotels or take the tram to two additional hotels, therefore you have easy access to five hotels. The advice I'd give to other tourists is to price and check the availability regularly online, at first I was hesitant to book here due to the price but once the date came closer the prices dropped, so I was more than happy to book here.

The hotel rooms are old and dilapidated with paint chipping from the walls and dents everywhere. It was not what I'd expect from a hotel in Las Vegas. The parking deck was a convenient walk to the hotel and the shops on the second level offer customers an easily accessible alternative to the expensive restaurants on the Strip.

The Excalibur was a nice hotel, but when I went out of my room every step was dogged by an annoying timeshare salesperson. They are obviously sanctioned by the casino, since they have their own kiosks inside the building. I would like to avoid constant badgering while I am on vacation.

I stayed there last year with family and enjoyed every bit of it.

We love the ambience and the shows. Even I could see the kid enjoying herself thoroughly. The service is good, the rooms are fine, except they should do something about the air conditioner, they look a bit old fashioned. Since it's right on the strip, it’s easier to travel the strip from one hotel to another.

Overall, it was a good experience!

This hotel made me feel important: They continued to ask if everything was alright. They wanted to be sure we were comfortable and if there was anything they could do for us.

The room was comfortable, but unattractive. There were no bedspreads on the beds, just sheets and blankets, and the tapestry on the wall was torn. The medieval themes were fun for my daughter and the pool with the slide was really fun. The biggest downside was how far away we had to park and carry our stuff to the room.
