They held our bags for us as we arrived before check-in time. When we went to check-in they could not find one of our bags. It was found several hours later as it had been sent to someone else's room. They treated us very well.

Room was vastly overpriced... Bed was not comfortable.

There was no tub in the bathroom. I did not like that it was missing!

The amenities in the rooms were not very impressive. I could have gotten the same room at a Super 8. The location on the strip was convenient. The buffet, however, was absolutely awful.

This hotel made me feel excited: There were a lot of things to do and see.

Too expensive!

It was really nice with lots of stuff to do. I would, however, like to have seen more plays on the King Arthur and Merlin theme.

I like the look of Excalibur.

It was very nice for promotional price, but expensive when not in promotional period.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Floor show was better than I expected.

I just thought that it was going to be better than it was.

It was an excellent choice for my first trip to Vegas.

It was splendid. We enjoyed the show - the jousting and the food was excellent. It was a beautiful experience which we will treasure forever.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk personnel greeted us with a warm sincere smile and consoled us about our flight having been delayed. The musicians were very gracious and took photos of us and with us. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and gracious.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: Not used to the luxury of staying at a world class hotel.

This hotel made me feel secure: Had to display room card in order to access hotel elevators. This security feature provided me with peace of mind.

This hotel made me feel excited: We had an ocean front room and it was the first time had the pleasure of staying in one.

All of the filters in the A/C were clogged with dirt. The exhaust fan in bathroom was full of dirt and lint and made a loud noise. The mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a big indentation in them. Not happy about that.

The air conditioning was not working and rooms were less attractive than we had expected. Also, the hotel didn't offer the same caliber of entertainment as other hotels in Las Vegas. The check-in staff was excellent, but other than that there was nothing spectacular.

Prices are a scam! I called the Luxor and they connected me to the Excalibur to reserve a room. I called back and was quoted a higher price than my call just minutes before.

It was too crowded and much too expensive for the type room we had.

I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a terrible experience. They wanted money for everything, they even charged me $14 to use a wheelchair for one night! At every other hotel I've ever stayed at, wheelchair's were provided free of charge.

The hotel seemed more run down than what it claimed to be.
