The stay was fine and the people were very helpful.

The staff is friendly. The hotel has clean, quiet rooms and it is close to everything. They have good restaurants.

The smoke detector in my room was hanging loose from the ceiling. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The Sherwood Forest Cafe was more that I expected. It was very clean. The buffet was very good, but the line was very long, some days.

This hotel made me feel excited: When going to breakfast the floor where you eat has several restaurants and walking floor shows.

The rooms were old and filthy. The hotel staff did not offer to remedy the situation. The hotel staff did nothing to make us happy.

The room was decent, but there was a spot on an outer wall that had not been cleaned in some time by the looks of it. The high speed internet connectivity was rather slow. I had reserved a non smoking room and I was unable to get that for my stay, although they offered to let me move after the first night if one became available. Also, there was a billing error on my statement that had to be corrected when I was checking out.

The room was average, but the price was above what I am used to paying for a hotel room.

The room service took one and a half hour for a slice of pie.

The pool was closed down.

The only problem was with parking and the limited handicapped spaces near the casino.

The location and the service were fine. We did not spend that much time in the hotel and we only ate there twice, but we had no complaints.

The hotel was in a good location and it had clean rooms. I have a phobia about sleeping in hotel beds. I usually bring my own comforter and pillow but this time I could not do this so I had to sleep on the sheets. To my surprise the sheets were clean and I did not feel uncomfortable. One of the restaurants was not very good. It was so bad that we were apprehensive to try any other restaurant in the hotel. They do need to upgrade the decor in the rooms. It is very outdated in my opinion. But overall we would stay there again.

The Excalibur hotel is pretty conveniently located. There is easy access to the monorail and a direct monorail to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay locations.

The Excalibur hotel is a run of the-mill hotel in Las Vegas. It is a decent hotel for the cost, not glamorous but not shabby, either.

The bill needed to be split between two people and it was a process of over half hour to do this upon check in and an other forty five minutes on check out.

The beds were hard and difficult to sleep on. The blind was broken and the staff never did respond to request to fix it. Overall, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Some of the restaurants were expensive, but there were other options. This is a kid friendly hotel. If you want a vacation free from the young ones, do not stay there.
