This hotel made me feel secure: Exterior doors were locked and interior doors were locked plus we were in a small town and one always feels safe in a small town.

Also, there was nothing special at the Excalibur. Everything seemed to be old and worn (carpeting, bathroom facilities, towels, etc.).

It was great, other than the screwed up room reservations.

This hotel made me feel hip: New and exciting more people in my age group there.

This hotel made me feel content: Received the service I expected: it wasn't sub-standard, but wasn't great.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Quick delivery of room service. Food was hot when it got to the room and lots of it was available.

I loved the stores, and the casino was beautiful and very accessible. The room was decked out in all the right decor, and they gave me a discounted rate for the second night. Great job!

It is our #1 choice for Vegas.

Beds were old, hotel seemed to need updating and was overpriced.
