Casino bathrooms were unacceptable. Dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen, had to use room bathroom (even when gambling).

A great, pleasant experience! It definitely improved my image of the hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything went smoothly - from making our reservations to checking out. We went during a holiday weekend, and we had no problems whatsoever!

I did have one big problem with my stay at Excalibur. I put the plastic liner for the ice container in the trash because it had thick black hair on it and when the room was cleaned, they took the same plastic liner out of the trash can and put it back in the ice container.

This hotel made me feel secure: Each tower had security that actually checked for room keys before allowing you near the elevators.

The hotel didn't get my reservation right. They promised to fix the problem next day - but they didn't. I had to call front desk many times a day to voice my request. We stayed 5 nights and never got the type of room we requested!

They lost our reservations (for a group of about 15 rooms). So half of the rooms were filled with more people than beds because the hotel had overbooked.

It took 4 hours to check in - wasn't very pleasant - the computers were down - no compensation offered for long wait in queue.

Very poor room quality for a casino hotel.

This hotel made me feel content: I had my wedding there. It was a beautiful chapel. I got to check-in at the VIP counter, which made it very quick to check-in. All of our guests stayed there also, and we had a blast.

More of a family hotel in Las Vegas. I would probably prefer something more adult next time I'm in Las Vegas.

It was very exciting - my first trip to Las Vegas. It was like an amusement park for adults - so much happening, so much to see. I felt pampered - like a VIP. It was a bit overwhelming; things moved fast and I wasn't sure how everything worked.

There were far too many children! Beware, this is one of the few remaining hotels in Vegas that is kid-friendly (i.e., they are still geared toward family vacationers). They also have lost some of their "cool factor" by remaining "fair" - instead of adopting a more 'hip" style as many of the other hotels are doing.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They have some good entertainment shows and their decor is very neat. They have a wonderful medieval setup that is very cool too.

More family oriented than expected. Did not expect so many kids.
