This hotel made me feel secure: They always have security at the elevators so that registered guests don't have to worry about their safety.

It's a good place to stay, for not too much cost.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Just the friendly service at checkin, it was exceptional and unexpected.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I got married there, so upon arrival we got a preferred check-in and didn't have to wait for our room. check-in is normally in the afternoon but our room was ready when we got there at 11AM. We were taken to a special room for check-in and escorted directly to out room.

I am more than satisfied with the whole experience that Excalibur offers me. I recommend it highly to my friends and family. They have clean rooms, very good food and excellent staff (whose main goal is to please you). I can't say enough good things about my stay. Go there, you'll be happy you did.

The check-in line was very long and there were only three check-in clerks on duty. We waited almost an hour. I'm sure Excalibur and other hotels know how many people will be checking in on any given day. Why were they not prepared?

Excalibur buffet is the best!

It made me think twice before picking a place that has a "old world theme," because they treat you like you're from the old world! They were just downright rude.

This hotel made me feel secure: They kept asking me to show I.D. Every 10 minutes while I was on the gambling floor. I'd say they were a little too secure.... or just really annoying to put it in better words!

I had trouble with the cleaning staff.

The wait to check-in took 45 minutes - this needs to improve.
