The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That is all that we needed. We didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: This was my first time to Las Vegas and I am from a small rural town in Texas, the sights in this place have to make you feel rich.

The room needs to be updated. There were accessory problems in the room but were taken care of by management.

The place needs to be completely updated and less smoky!

The location was ok, at the end of the Strip, but not bad. The hotel was comfortable, but not overly so. One bad thing was that they allowed solicitors in the lobby area and that got annoying.

The location was great and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It offers easy access to other casinos.

This hotel made me feel excited: I loved all the slots and gaming tables that were there and the atmosphere in general.

The location was fine, the bell persons and the valets were friendly. The drinks were good. The ramps to towers and rooms were hard to navigate for someone with breathing problems. The place was expensive.

The location is out of the main strip.

The location for this hotel is wonderful. The beds on the lower floors are like sleeping on rocks and if you encounter a billing problem do not expect any low level management to do anything about it. If anyone encounters a problem it is better to go directly the head of the hotel.

The last three trips to Las Vegas have been spent at the Excalibur hotel, I find it very central and a lovely all round hotel with friendly and efficient staff. I would recommend it to anyone and I would not stay anywhere else now.

The hotel was very neat and close to so much that we never needed a rental car. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very willing to help with anything that we needed and was always quick to direct us in the right direction.

The hotel was expensive and when in the lobby area we were constantly bombarded by time share people. That was very annoying!

The hotel is very large and accommodating.

The hotel is excellent for people traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, decorated nicely, and very clean. The hotel staff bends over backwards to make sure your stay is great. We stayed at three hotels during our visit and this is the one we will go back to. Even when we had a problem, which was with a slot machine, management corrected it and gave us food vouchers at Pizza Hut, that is where my daughter wanted to eat. The buffet food could have been a little better, but for the range of food they offer, it was well worth the price. We will definitely stay at the Excalibur on all our future Las Vegas trips.

The hotel buffet was not very appetizing and it had very little selection. I missed the flight home because of the poor shuttle service. There were annoying resort sales people in the lobby.

The general cleanliness and the appearance of the hotel were great. Although the security guards in the hotel and the casino were somewhat rude. I will definitely stay there again, it has a good price and it is in a good location on the Strip.

The experience was awesome. It’s the best hotel in Las Vegas.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had great shows and plenty of stuff for kids to do.

The concept of the hotel is great, it has a great look. The hotel is looking a little rough around the edges and it needs an update. The hotel staff as a whole is not too friendly and willing to help with questions you might have.

The bill at check out was cheaper than expected.

The big problem at Excalibur as in most hotel casinos in Las Vegas is the parking, and the long walks from the parking to the hotel. It has been a while since I have been to Las Vegas and was surprised at how much the prices have increased. There just aren't any deals as before. The price of a bottle of coke is over two dollars a bottle or a Margarita for eight dollars and fifty cents is a bit overboard. I'll not be returning.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were excellent. The shower was the best I have experienced in any hotel I have stayed in.

Parking was not convenient to the part of the hotel where we stayed. They had good security which made you comfortable. Nowhere did they serve Coke only Pepsi and we wanted coke!
