Horrible
Breakfast was good & fresh.Small and kind of sleazy. The room when we arrived at 3:30 wasn't cleaned yet from the previous night. The shower surround had no silicone around it and it was separated from the wall which is why there was visible mold.

42 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I stayed at the Everspring for a week-long business trip, recommended by a co-worker. The staff was quite friendly, but I was really impressed with how close this motel is to every place I wanted and needed to be. Free Wi-Fi too.
Sidenote: Check out the Greenwood area right up the street for amazing eats.

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My aunt and I stayed here while waiting to go on a cruise and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and seemed more like a bed & bath than a standard motel. The lady at the reception desk was especially sweet and even though the motel was on a real busy street, the room was very quiet. Really good restaurants nearby too, a few blocks west of the motel. I'd come here again for sure.

Horrible
Cheap. I would never stay there again, ever. It was unsafe and scary and the motel smelled like body odor. I made them change our room. Also, the woman who was working was sleeping on the job when we went to check out.
