23 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
After my stay at Domus Betti, I felt compelled to share my experience of this B&B. The website promises 'spacious and comfortable' rooms which was quite frankly not what we got. We occupied 2 rooms during our stay and both did not have en suite facilities (there was a communal shower room in the corridor with a sign stating no showers can be taken in the morning)
The double room was tiny and the bed was a very uncomfortable double sofa bed pushed up against two walls, one wall with a self very low down above my head! The boiler was in this room and in general the room was very noisey as this B&B is a flat and had noise from all sides. There was no fridge as stated, no hairdryer as stated, no tv as stated and no desk area as stated. The balcony was full of junk and the wardrobe was a makeshift metal and curtain contraption. The triple room was not how it looks in the photo's at all and not with the facilities stated.
The website states breakfast is served straight to your room, on arrival we were told breakfast is not provided. We were charged 150 Euro when we were quoted 120 on the reservation we made. Also as an end note ladies, the owner is a little too friendly!
All in all we did not have a pleasant stay and wished we had stayed in the hotel which would have also cost us 150 euro.
