We have stay at this hotel twice a year coming and going to Lake Powell. We have found the front desk helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to help when I had to have an emergency package delivered at the hotel, and another time when I forgot my pillow.
The patio rooms open up to the pool area, and are clean, the beds are nice. In 5 years we have had 1 problem (a sticky front door), and they quickly changed our room to another.
For what you get at the price you pay, we find it reasonable and superior to the other hotels in the area.

Customer service at the reservations desk was surly at best. The room, though, was nice and clean. There was confusion at check in and check out in conjunction with the golf package we paid for that listed our room as free. It was free, but it took about half an hour of phone calls with the golf course to straighten it out.
The room was practical, basic and clean. It was nice and sunny but no frills. We did not spend much on our golf package, so we felt like we got a good deal.
I am very likely
to return to the Eureka Casino Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed in a room which was just renovated. The room was very nice, but they need another couch in the living room since there is sleeping for four but seating for only two. The bathroom door sticks and the lights in the master bedroom do not oper

We requested extra bedding for the sofa sleeper three times and still didn't get any. The third time, we were told that we weren't going to get any extra bedding because we had used a gift certificate towards the room. We couldn't believe they used this as an excuse to give us poor service. Just because we used a gift certificate doesn't mean they didn't make money on our stay. Our room was paid for and we paid $100 to upgrade to a suite. I have never encountered such unprofessional or rude hotel staff anywhere. We won't be back.
