48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We have stay at this hotel twice a year coming and going to Lake Powell. We have found the front desk helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to help when I had to have an emergency package delivered at the hotel, and another time when I forgot my pillow.

The patio rooms open up to the pool area, and are clean, the beds are nice. In 5 years we have had 1 problem (a sticky front door), and they quickly changed our room to another.

For what you get at the price you pay, we find it reasonable and superior to the other hotels in the area.

The room was clean, but the bathroom needed upgrading. The hallways and elevator areas need better lighting.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Eureka Casino Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

39 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Customer service at the reservations desk was surly at best. The room, though, was nice and clean. There was confusion at check in and check out in conjunction with the golf package we paid for that listed our room as free. It was free, but it took about half an hour of phone calls with the golf course to straighten it out.

This hotel made me feel practical: The room was practical, basic and clean. It was nice and sunny but no frills. We did not spend much on our golf package, so we felt like we got a good deal.

I am very likely to return to the Eureka Casino Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The desk staff was rude when we tried to check in two minutes early. The room was expensive for what we got, but all the other hotels and casinos were booked, so it is to be expected.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Eureka Casino Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
