For many years we have traveled and stayed at Creekside condos. We have been very pleased during our stay in the past. We stayed in condo E this year 07'. Three adults was visting, the bed in loft was the PITS! For the price of our stay, we epected a much better quality of accomodations than we recieved. The owners of the condo needs to update their bedding accomodations for quest. My husband and I had to sleep upside/down because the bed was going down hill from the foot board to head board. We love to visit and we love to stay, but let's beef up the accommodations or we won't be back!

We stayed here in July 2007 - only planned on staying 3 nights but our next location turned out to be a dump - kids wanted to return so bad we came back and they were able to accomodate us for the rest of our trip. Location is great for RMNP and Estes Park. Boys loved fishing in the river - and the sound was so peaceful at night. The beds were so comfortable you didn't want to get up in the morning. There was a full kitchen and outdoor bbq grill so you could make just about anything you wanted. And the office staff was wonderful. Thanks for a great place to stay.
Loved everything. Spacious, clean cabin/condo with fireplace, whirlpool tub, lots of privacy and beautiful babbling river steps away. Great service, free DVDs with wide selection. Friendly people. Highly recommended for couples and families.

We found the Creekside Suites to be nothing like they are advertised to be. We had a loft suite and found that once we arrived, that they are over another suite. This meant that we had people going up and down the stairs at all times of the morning and night. On our first night, we had the people below come back at 12:30 am and yell and scream as they went down the stairs waking us up. We then had another group of people bang their suitcases up the stairs at 6 am on another morning. The final straw though was when maintenance was working in the laundry room (again under our suite, at 8:30 at night) and all we could hear throughout our entire unit was the sound of drilling and sawing. On the plus side, management had the maintenance person stop when we called to complain.
We also found that the beds in our suite (#10) were completely uncomfortable with the king bed having a huge dip in the middle. This caused my wife and I to have to sleep on the edges of the bed making for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. The pillows were terrible and we ended up having to go to Loveland to buy some pillows so that we could get some sleep.
The marketing copy on the website for Creekside also contains numerous inaccuracies. For instance, they indicate that each unit has its own grill. Instead there is one grill per cluster of units. So you have to share with six other units if you want to grill. The pictures on the website also show that the rooms have a table with chairs for eating. Instead, each room has a bar with barstools. This is fine if your party is just adults, but we had our small child with us and had to eat all meals at the coffee table in the living room. The QuickTime VRs do however show that the rooms have barstools only, but not everyone is going to look at them.
Finally, we selected this property for it's "stocked river" and found that if the river was stocked, it wasn't done very often and neither did the property cater to anglers. While fishing one morning, another guest and her two kids came by and began throwing rocks into the river right where I was fishing. A complaint to the office yielded a "We can't control other guests behaviors" response.
It was an altogether unsatisfying and unhappy experience. I definitely will not return nor recommend it.

Excellent
Wow! Great location! Very nice suites. They have kitchen appliances that I don't have at home! It was so nice to be able to grill on the balcony and watch the elk in the creek. Everything was very nice.
