Very Poor service. Went to use the sauna in the Spa and had to pay extra. Thought that very mean. I understood that we would be able to use the steam room in the spa but apparently not and the Spa staff were none to nice about it. Nice ambience

35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I have so many complaints about this hotel its hard to know where to begin. From reading previous posts prior to booking my stay I was a little worried about the service aspects of this hotel but scored a great deal and was willing to take a chance

Our stay at Estancia was peaceful, refreshing and romantic. The grounds were beautiful and were only surpassed by the friendly service of the staff. We will return for further weekend escapes.
