I am not sure who the other renter rented from...but I have rented from owner on vrbo twice now and have had great accomidations each time. The Endless Summer Complex is always clean and the hot tub has been in great working order, our family loves Endless Summer Building A. It is a great place on a budget, and is a Clean and FamilyComplex!

I took my family on vacation to Panama City Beach, Florida. I decided to rent a condo instead of the normal motel route. The inside of the condo was nice, but out dated. Their idea of cable is a laugh, the channels where fuzzy, because I guess the lines where old. But I did not come down here for the cable. It said that there was a heated pool, but neither one of the pools had heat. I later learned that they never had heat. The pool decks where always clean and so where the bathrooms. I wanted to talk with the person in charge, to see why the pools had no heat and why I was lead to believe when I rented the place, but you could never catch them in the office. Most of the time is said “manager on property.” When I finally figured out the number and gave her a ring, she just gave an excuse and blamed it on the board of directors. The other sour point about this place was its hot tub. It is a very nice size but it does no good as it is closed down. The water looks nasty and has a very foul odor, because it has been sitting there for quite a while and has not been cleaned out yet. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, then might I suggest Splash or any of the other condos that line this beach. I could not wait to leave and was very glad when my vacation at Endless Summer ended.
