Check-in was smooth, but the front desk was very slow the rest of the time. Staff was generally pleasant. Room was clean & roomy - no complaints, but nothing special. The beds were horrible! We woke up with back pain and stiffness every day....
The elevators were 4 but never seem to come up fast enough..once I waited over 10 mins I ended up going down 11 floors.My shin bone hurt me for 2 days..No news paper at the door whereas other floors seem to get one..
