We have stayed in Nevada City a number of times and experienced the various bed and breakfasts, and by far the Emma Nevada House was the best.

From the clean, uncluttered rooms with their comfortable beds, comforters and Jacuzzi tubs to the two spacious parlors, beautiful back deck, wrap around front porch to the hospitable hosts, nothing was overlooked. The breakfasts are spectacular and the afternoon treats delightful.

The inn is within walking distance of the great restaurants, we ate at New Moon and Citronee during our stay and both were exceptional. The innkeepers also suggested Off Broad Street Theater which was a delight! We love Nevada City and we shall return to the Emma Nevada House again!
