NEVER AGAIN!

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When I first checked in, they couldn't find my reservation. Turns out the woman I booked the room with over the phone put our date for May instead of March. Then when I went to pay with my husbands debit card they refused to accept it (but the woman on the phone said they would) and basically accused me of credit card fraud! So I had to use another card and when the shuttle to the casino was full, they offered to call me a cab and bill it to my room! The staff was rude, not very smart, and never responded to a call for additional towels in my room. I will never stay there again!
